In keeping with our required guidelines of the audit this communication is intended to reiterate the following CPS policies. • Raw data file uploads to our secure website are encrypted and maintained for 31 days at which time the files are automatically deleted. • CPS maintains internally a PDF string of processed files for 60 days as proof of mailing at which time the files are automatically deleted unless a CPS archival option is selected. (Please contact Customer Care for more information.) • When a request for change is made by a client through CPS Customer Care, the request is assigned a CPS staff member and one of 3 designations: ISSUE- Average 3-5 days to completion. Includes minor changes such as address changes, banking numbers, practice add-ons and subtractions, import and data errors and corrupt file management and returns. ~most issues are completed at no cost TASK- Average 5-10 days to completion.
